Paraffin Treatments You are just fifteen minutes away from smoother softer looking skin.  Paraffin hydrates and combats dryness and aging done to the skin by the environment.  An excellent addition to any treatment. Island Massage & Skin "To Go" The Island Massage and Skin team will come to you when you're too busy to visit the spa or you have a special occasion such as a bridal party or corporate event.  Whether you need massage or a manicure and pedicure we will come to you.  $125 per hour, two- hour minimum required.  Scheduling and location restrictions may apply.
